EHS Manager role supports the regional EHS strategy, audits, and compliance, mentoring site leaders and coordinating with corporate teams to strengthen safety and environmental practices. The position requires extensive field presence (50–70% travel), 40/60 office/field, and the ability to respond 24/7 to emergencies while managing budgets and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Safety, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in Environmental, Health & Safety and Security compliance.
• 5 years in water/wastewater or utility sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide safety leadership training, workshops and resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement EHS risk reduction plans.
• Mentor Site Safety Coordinators and Project Management.
• Lead Division training programs and corporate training initiatives.
• Support EHS culture assessments and safety observations.
• Provide EHS due diligence for new business and project startups.
