Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Senior EHS Business Partner based in Redwood City, CA to lead site environmental, health, and safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with Human Resources, Operations, and Quality to embed EHS into daily operations and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong data analysis, incident review, audits, and risk assessments, with leadership in regulatory preparation and site safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field with 2 years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with OSHA, EPA, DNR, CDC, DOH, CAP, FDA, NewYork, and CLIA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site in achieving environmental, health, and safety goals with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze safety incidents, audits, inspections, and feedback to identify root causes and improvements.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, inspections, and interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Lead investigations of workplace incidents and implement effective corrective actions.
• Develop risk assessments, internal audits, and required regulatory audits.
