Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience, including 3+ years in multi-site leadership.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of EHS programs across all Toxicology sites.
• Establish and drive the EHS strategy, priorities, and performance goals.
• Provide strategic leadership for Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics programs.
• Lead a network of EHS professionals and partner with site leadership.
• Develop and implement standardized EHS policies, procedures, and training.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics, audits, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with business leaders, operations, engineering, quality, and HR to embed EHS in operations.
• Serve as liaison with Corporate EHS, Legal, insurance, and regulators.
• Lead investigations of incidents and ensure robust corrective actions.
• Oversee EHS compliance programs and readiness for audits and inspections.
• Manage capital projects and budgeting for EHS initiatives.
• Champion cultural transformation embedding safety and sustainability.
• Maintain accountability for EHS plans and site procedures.
• Review and approve significant EHS program enhancements and investments.
