Job summary

BSI is seeking a Principal EHS Consultant - Business Growth Leader to drive regional growth in safety, EHS, and risk management across Southeast markets. You will build a regional book of business, lead complex engagements, and mentor consulting teams while traveling as required.

The role requires 15+ years in safety/EHS consulting, a relevant degree, and proven revenue generation with top-tier clients. This is a permanent, full-time position offering leadership opportunities within a global

Qualifications

15+ years of consulting experience in safety, EHS, or risk management within a professional services environment.
Strong business development experience with revenue generation and client growth.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EHS, safety, engineering, science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional growth strategy focused on safety and EHS consulting services in the Southeast region.
Build, manage, and grow a personal and regional book of business through client development, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.
Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities; lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and client presentations.
Lead and mentor regional consulting teams to deliver high-quality safety and EHS engagements.
Travel 30–50% to support clients and business development across markets.
