Job summary

SBM Management Services is seeking an EHS Regional Director to provide comprehensive EHS leadership across departments and sites. You will oversee a full safety program, ensure OSHA compliance, and champion a culture of safety as a core value.

Travel up to 50% is required, with responsibilities including policy development, audits, training, and cross-site coordination to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with 5–8 years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Develop and standardize effective EHS training and communication to employees and managers.
• Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs including JHA and annual reviews.
• Lead communication to Director of EHS and VP of EHS regarding health and safety issues and overall EHS performance.
• Conduct compliance audits and inspections and verify required follow-up.
• Assess safety and environmental impact of new processes and equipment; set objectives.
• Keep current on EHS regulations and reporting requirements; participate in periodic audits.
• Develop, implement, and continually improve the focus site program and 4Insite knowledge center.
