Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks an EHS Regional Director to provide comprehensive environmental, health, and safety leadership across departments. You will develop and administer a robust EHS program with a focus on eliminating hazards and promoting a culture of safety.

The role requires 50% travel, overseeing policy development, audits, training, and continuous improvement, while maintaining regulatory compliance and driving performance across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; 5–8 years of experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Develop and standardize best practices for effective training and communication of EHS topics.
• Develop, implement, and review EHS policies, procedures, and programs including JHA and safety program reviews.
• Communicate EHS performance and compliance to the Director of EHS and VP of EHS and Risk.
• Conduct compliance audits and inspections; develop audit findings and ensure follow-up.
• Assess safety impact of new processes and equipment and set objectives.
• Stay current on EHS regulations and reporting requirements; participate in internal audits.
• Drive the focus site program to deliver measurable results to EHS leadership and drive improvement.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain the knowledge center as part of the 4Insite software.
• Travel to various work locations and customer sites; regular travel expected.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
