BSI is seeking a Principal EHS Consultant - Business Growth Leader to drive growth in the Southeast region, with location options including Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Tampa, or Miami, and remote options with up to 50% travel.

The role blends deep safety consulting credibility with commercial acumen to expand our footprint in energy, chemicals, manufacturing, and infrastructure, while mentoring teams and delivering high-impact engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience in safety, EHS, or risk management.
• Strong business development with revenue generation experience.
• Executive presence with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategy for safety and EHS consulting in the Southeast.
• Build and grow personal and regional book of business through client development and partnerships.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and client presentations.
• Advise clients on safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and risk.
• Lead complex engagements with delivery excellence in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor regional consulting teams and represent BSI in market activities.
• Travel 30–50% as required.
