Job summary

UK King's Daughters is seeking a senior analyst to lead advanced configuration, optimization, and support of our enterprise EHR systems. You will provide SME expertise in system design, workflow integration, and troubleshooting complex issues.

You will mentor junior analysts, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with clinicians, governance groups, and IT to align enhancements with care delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical applications.
• Epic certification required.
• Experience with EHR design, workflow integration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize clinical application workflows.
• Provide SME guidance on system design and workflow integration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and execute test plans for integrated and regression testing.
• Collaborate with clinicians and IT to align enhancements with requirements.
• Document workflows, build standards, and testing results.
• Coordinate with vendors for upgrades and integrations.
• Mentor junior analysts in technical best practices.
