Job summary
Duly Health and Care is seeking an Epic Analyst III to provide daily operational support, own I&T for multiple Epic Modules, and lead testing and upgrade activities. Ideal candidates hold Epic Certification in Prelude, understand healthcare workflows, and can mentor teammates while coordinating large IT projects.

Qualifications
- Epic Certification in Prelude is required.
- Experience with 3+ Epic Modules or related systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare interfaces (HL7, X12) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support and system updates.
- Own I&T for 3+ Epic Modules or related systems.
- Lead testing, review release notes, and coordinate upgrade activities.
- Mentor Epic analysts and assist with problem resolution.
- Provide on-call support.
- Support IT projects including enhancements, workflow design and optimization.
- Investigate complex errors and coordinate resolutions.
- Collaborate with I&T and management.
- Lead initiatives to connect Epic to vendors, downstream systems, new apps.
- Organize data from Epic to create executive reports.
- Proactively identify future business needs.
- Coordinate and contribute to large-scale IT projects.
