Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic applications across departments such as Nursing, Radiology, and Pharmacy. You will own high-level configurations, coordinate with clinical leadership and IT teams, and ensure projects meet clinical and operational needs.

The role requires extensive Epic experience with multiple certifications, strong leadership, and a track record of managing large Epic projects while mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare or IT.
• Two Epic certifications in a relevant module.
• 7+ years of hands-on Epic experience in healthcare.
• Leadership or senior Epic Analyst experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead configurations and implementations across Epic modules and departments.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and IT teams on workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage large Epic projects.
