Job summary

UK St. Claire is seeking a Senior EHR Analyst to lead advanced configuration, optimization, and support of our enterprise EHR. This role requires SME-level expertise in system design, workflow integration, and regulatory alignment, with mentoring responsibilities for junior analysts.

The analyst will collaborate with clinicians and IT to implement enhancements, build standards, and maintain detailed testing and workflow documentation in a hybrid work environment at our Ashland, KY location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in EHR or clinical application configuration and support.
• Epic certification is required or strongly preferred.
