Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst in Ohio to design, configure, test, and implement changes across Epic system applications. You will lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build workflows, and ensure successful go-lives with end-user adoption.

You will mentor analysts, oversee testing, manage security access, and coordinate production moves while partnering with clinicians and IT leadership to continuously improve Epic-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Epic workflows and analyses.
• Ability to lead design workflows with SMEs.
• Experience with testing and user access security.
• Strong documentation and training skills.
• On-call support experience and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Leads needs assessment, software design, implementation and support.
• Collaborates with reporting team to support operational partners need to gather requirements.
• Independently facilitates design of workflows with subject matter experts.
• Mentors other analysts with completing design workflows and analysis.
• Leads functional and integrated testing of software and develops testing scripts.
• Defines and develops user access security and oversees production moves.
• Leads projects following PMO framework across all phases.
• Supports and troubleshoots interfaces and application issues.
• Mentors and develops team members and assists in training.
• Develops documentation and participates in end-user training materials.
