Responsibilities

• Provides expert-level direction on complex system design, configuration, and integration.
• Serves as escalation point for high-impact or cross-functional application issues.
• Coordinates application build and testing activities across multiple teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Oversees large-scale upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
• Develops and enforces standards, policies, and procedures for EHR build and configuration.
• Guides analysts in troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance practices.
• Partners with clinical leaders, governance bodies, and IT management to ensure reliability and safety.
• Leads vendor coordination for technical issues, upgrades, and new functionality.
• Tracks performance metrics and ensures service levels are met across supported applications.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
