Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8+ years of industry experience.
• Epic Certification in Prelude with strong understanding of functionality.
• 3‑5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving within EHR applications.
• Fulfill system requests by translating needs into detailed requirements.
• Manage multiple complex clients and projects with minimal oversight.
