Job summary
Nordic Global is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to provide expert-level support for clinical and business applications within the Managed Services division. You will manage incidents, plan upgrades and patches, and architect integrated workflows across critical healthcare IT systems, including Epic VBPM, Healthy Planet, and Compass Rose.
With a strong background in healthcare information systems and EHRs, you will mentor teammates, maintain documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in healthcare IT or equivalent IT application analyst position with degree requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics (or 11+ years’ industry experience).
- Proven experience in ITIL-aligned service management processes.
- Deep understanding of healthcare information systems and EHRs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to application support requests within defined SLAs with expert customer service.
- Plan and execute application upgrades and security patches with stakeholders.
- Lead and manage analyst-led projects and coordinate with team members.
- Architect and design integrated workflows across multiple applications and service areas.
- Provide mentorship to other analysts and share knowledge of best practices.
