Job summary

Nordic in the United States seeks an Application Advisor to lead EHR design, build, testing, and advanced troubleshooting for Nordic’s healthcare clients. You will mentor other Managed Services staff and coordinate with customer IT and operations teams to resolution and improvements.

Responsibilities include expert-level troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and proactive system audits to drive efficiencies while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Certification in one or more EHR module(s) with understanding of that module.
• 3+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level troubleshooting to ensure EHR application integrity, testing, and stability for complex customers.
• Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and drive system build and testing.
• Lead and manage change impacts across integrated systems and applications.
