Nordic in the United States is seeking a Healthy Planet Senior Analyst to deliver EHR design, build, testing and advanced troubleshooting for complex clients. You will manage multiple client assignments, document issues, and participate in system upgrades while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Strong Epic Ambulatory certification and 8+ years in healthcare IT are preferred. Role may require on-call rotations and travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Epic Certification in Ambulatory or similar Epic module expertise preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem solving to ensure EHR applications are stable and integrated for complex clients.
• Translate client needs into detailed requirements, perform system builds and testing.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight; document requests and incidents in ticketing systems.
• Assist in change control processes for migrating application builds and configurations.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality customer service and participate in onboarding new members.
