Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an EHR Applications Analyst 3 to deliver world-class support across BILH entities. The role focuses on defining, building, testing, and maintaining EHR content, coordinating conversions, and ensuring documentation and training for new functionality.

You will mentor junior staff, lead small projects, participate in go-live support, and provide after-hours coverage while staying current with system enhancements and vendor communications.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience implementing and managing a variety of EHR and clinical systems.
• Experience working in a clinical setting and with implementation teams for complex projects.
• Experience in full software development life cycle.
• Experience managing small projects with defined duration and scope.
• EHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver work within established timeframes and multi-task on large projects.
• Define, document, build, and maintain EHR application content.
• Create functional specifications and validate with the business owner.
• Mentor junior colleagues and assist in process redesign.
• Complete thorough unit testing and facilitate testing phases.
• Provide end-user go-live support and training as needed.
• Participate in on-call coverage and maintain system enhancements.
• Prepare demos for workflow discussions and new functionality.
• Stay current with new application functionality and vendor updates.
• Achieve and maintain application certification as required.
