Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an EHR Application Analyst II to support design, configuration, and ongoing improvement of our electronic health record systems in a collaborative healthcare setting.

You will work with IT and clinical teams to translate requirements into functional content, perform documentation, and provide on-call support, with opportunities to mentor peers and advance project management skills.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience in EHR implementation and support.
• Ability to analyze large data sets effectively.
• Vendor certification in good standing for assigned applications; 6 months to obtain certification if not currently certified.
• Experience with web-based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsabilidades

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR application content.
• Creates functional specification documents and validates content with business owner.
• Completes assigned projects with supervision and begins to show project management.
• Escalates issues that may impact deliverables.
• Maintains required certifications and stays current with new functionality.
• Acts as a liaison between IT, customers and vendors; participates in cross‑functional meetings.
• Prepares and maintains documentation including analysis, design, procedures and user guides.
• Provides on-call / after hours support as required.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
