Beth Israel Lahey Health’s EHR Applications team is seeking an EHR Applications Analyst 3 to deliver world-class support across all BILH entities. You will identify, analyze, and recommend changes, support planning, design, development, build, configuration, testing, and go-live activities, serving as primary contact for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

In this role you will mentor junior staff, conduct unit and integration testing, prepare documentation, and participate in training.

Competenze

• Two (2) years of experience implementing, designing, and/or managing EHR and clinical systems.
• Experience in clinical settings and with clinical information systems.
• Experience in full implementation software development cycle.
• Experience managing small projects with defined duration and scope.

• Defines, documents, builds, and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specifications and validates content with business owner.
• Mentors junior colleagues and assists in process redesign.
