Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years related work experience in EHR implementation and support.
• Vendor certification for applications/modules supported required; 6 months to obtain after hire.
• Ability to assess problems, work with minimal supervision and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specifications and validates content with the business owner.
• Independently leads projects and meets deadlines.
• Acts as a liaison between IT, customers and vendors; coordinates cross-team collaboration.
