Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an EHR Application Analyst II to design, implement, and support our electronic health record applications across multiple departments. You will translate business needs into functional specifications, coordinate with IT, clinical teams, and vendors, and manage content deployment with a focus on quality and compliance.

In this role, you will document workflows, participate in project planning, provide on-call support, and mentor peers as you stay current

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years direct EHR implementation and support experience or 2-5 years of operational EHR usage.
• Ability to analyze large data sets effectively.
• Vendor certification for assigned applications or plan to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specifications and validates with business owner.
• Completes projects with supervision and develops project management skills.
• Escalates issues that may impact deliverables.
• Maintains certifications and stays current with EHR updates.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors.
• Prepares documentation including analysis, design and user guides.
• Performs other duties as needed.
• Provides on-call / after hours support.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
