Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EHR Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers work within established timeframes and can manage multiple large projects.
• Defines, documents, builds, and maintains EHR application content.
• Creates and validates functional specification content with business owners.
• Mentors junior colleagues and assists in redesigning processes per system requirements.
• Performs thorough unit testing of builds prior to handoff; supports testing.
• Provides go‑live support and acts as primary contact for ongoing maintenance.
• Documents issues and communicates with vendors; collaborates with product support to close cases.
• Keeps stakeholders informed on task progress and milestones; contributes to project plan.
