Nordic Healthcare Group is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot EHR applications for our complex healthcare clients. You will work with Application Advisors to deliver reliable, compliant solutions and to support patient care.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes, and the ability to manage multiple client assignments while meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 8+ years of industry experience.
• Certification in one or more EHR modules with strong functionality knowledge.
• 3–5+ years implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting to ensure EHR system integrity and stability.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, audits, and participate in upgrades.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight and SLAs.
• Accurate, up-to-date documentation in ticketing systems and change control.
• Provide outstanding customer service and coordinate with IT and operations.
