Job summary

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Senior EH&S Technician located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada. You will share responsibility for implementing the EH&S management system and provide hands-on environmental, IH, and health and safety activities for the plant.

This role supports the Path2Zero program as part of Dow's decarbonization strategy. You will coach teams, ensure compliance tasks, and monitor data to drive EH&S performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of EH&S or OH&S experience.
• Canada work eligibility; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Implements EH&S programs using established work processes and standards.
• Acts as plant contact for Environmental, IH, and Health & Safety issues.
• Coaches teams and individuals on EH&S tasks and activities.
• Develops and achieves plant EH&S goals and ensures compliance tasks are completed.
• Performs/coordinates Environmental and IH monitoring, data collection, analysis and reporting.
