The role supports the Path2Zero program and drives EH&S performance across the plant, ensuring compliance and safe operations through hands-on environmental, IH, and health and safety activities.

The role requires experience, the ability to coach others, and strong problem-solving skills to advance Dow's decarbonization and safety objectives on site.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EH&S work processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to organize work, set priorities, and manage stakeholders.
• Capability to coach others on safe work practices and root-cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Implement day-to-day EH&S programs using established processes.
• Ensure EH&S, IH, and H&S aspects meet performance goals.
• Serve as plant resource for EH&S information and guidance.
• Act as plant contact for EH&S issues and field concerns.
• Coach teams on EH&S tasks and activities.
• Assist in achieving area or plant EH&S goals.
• Ensure completion of compliance tasks.
• Monitor, collect data, analyze, and report EH&S metrics.
