Job summary

Dow seeks a Senior EH&S Technician for Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada. You will implement EH&S programs, serve as the plant resource for procedures, and support Path2Zero initiatives as part of Dow's decarbonization strategy.

You will coach teams, drive safety improvements, and ensure compliance across Environmental, IH, and Health & Safety tasks while collaborating with site leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of EH&S or related experience.
• Must be able to work legally in Canada; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Implements detailed, day-to-day EH&S programs using established processes.
• Ensures EH&S aspects are applied to meet performance goals.
• Acts as plant resource for EH&S procedures and standards.
• Serves as plant contact for EH&S issues.
• Coaches teams on EH&S tasks.
• Assists in developing area EH&S goals.
• Ensures compliance tasks are completed.
• Performs monitoring, data collection, and reporting for the plant.
