Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years EH&S Sci Tech experience.
• Master’s degree with 4+ years EH&S Sci Tech experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years EH&S Sci Tech experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years EH&S Sci Tech experience.
• High school diploma with 12+ years EH&S Sci Tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHSS Client Management for select Research and Non-clinical PD functions.
• Serve as Global Radiation Safety Lead and oversee site EHSS programs.
• Collaborate with EHSS Client Managers across Amgen sites for alignment.
• Monitor EHSS performance and progress against goals; report trends.
• Mentor EHSS Client Rep network and ensure governance adherence.
• Support annual EHSS goal setting and strategic planning.
