Job summary

Epiq in the United States seeks a Project Manager of Client Services to lead and coordinate complex client engagements in the eDiscovery space. You will manage multiple projects, align client expectations with internal teams, and drive successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will guide project forecasts, schedules, and quality control, while building trusted client relationships and representing Epiq’s service excellence to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong oral and written communication with leadership presence.
• Excellent client relationship skills to manage expectations and adapt deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Owns the service delivery relationship with key client representatives.
• Coordinates and communicates client deliverables to drive satisfaction.
• Executes project forecasts and work schedules per senior PM.
• Verifies requirements and maintains high-quality standards with clients and partners.
• Maintains proactive client communications and escalates when needed.
• Leads cross-functional teams and delivers high-quality project objectives.
