Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in eDiscovery or legal project management.
• Advanced Relativity knowledge including workspace administration and production workflows.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale eDiscovery matters.
• Strong budgeting, timelines and prioritization across matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client-service focus.
• Leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and workflows.
• Documentation and audit readiness in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end eDiscovery projects across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide strategic guidance.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Oversee Relativity workspaces, data ingestion, workflows, QC, and productions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, client specs, court rules, and ESI protocols.
• Manage a pod of two or more technologists; assign tasks and monitor capacity.
• Coordinate forensic data collections across email, cloud, social, devices.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and best practices.
• Stay current on emerging eDiscovery technologies.
