Control Risks in the United States seeks a Senior Consultant with strong eDiscovery expertise to oversee the full lifecycle of client matters, from setup to invoicing.

The role requires deep RelativityOne knowledge and hands-on delivery across consulting and project management, with a focus on cross-border investigations and client satisfaction. Hybrid work options in multiple US offices are available.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional eDiscovery litigation support and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of RelativityOne; ability to configure projects to client specs.
• Experience with cross-border investigations and related discovery concerns.
• Preferred: familiarity with all phases of litigation (preservation, processing, review, production).
• Preferred: fundamentals of effective eDiscovery project management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement customized client solutions.
• Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and ensure client success.
