Job summary

Innovative Driven is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our fast-growing Client Services team, ensuring round-the-clock support from kickoff through delivery. You will manage resources, quality, and client communication for multiple projects, with a focus on eDiscovery and Relativity expertise.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery project management, deep Relativity experience, and a proven ability to drive projects to on-time, within-scope delivery while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or seven years in a litigation support/legal industry role.
• Minimum five years in an eDiscovery Project Management role.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity including processing and TAR technologies; Relativity certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Client Services accounts and serve as primary point of contact during shifts.
• Develop and reinforce strong client relationships across multiple projects.
• Initiate kick-off calls and ensure projects stay within budget, scope, and timeline.
• Provide guidance on EDRM best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
• Document quality control measures and ensure SOPs are followed for all deliverables.
• Develop and execute project plans for on-time completion of tasks.
• Distribute project reports and key metrics to clients and internally.
