Job summary

TruLegal is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join a national law firm team in a fully remote capacity. The role requires strong Relativity expertise, deep understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and data processing with high attention to quality and security.

You will partner with attorneys, oversee production, preserve custody, and guide discovery strategies, while ensuring clear communication and client-focused service across matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some eDiscovery project management experience in a law firm or eDiscovery services provider.
• Hands-on use of Relativity and ability to delegate responsibilities across a team.
• Knowledge of the EDRM lifecycle from data collection through production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget alignment.
• Partner with attorneys to develop discovery strategies and support decision-making across EDRM.
• Establish and monitor project budgets and expenses for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate activities and communicate timelines, requirements, milestones, and deliverables to legal teams.
• Monitor data processing, review, and production, performing quality control.
