Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join the legal team supporting a large Federal agency. The role emphasizes Relativity-based workflows, client consultation, and production workflows.

You will craft reviews, manage schedules, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in eDiscovery, 2+ years in Relativity beyond basic review, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support focused on client solutions.
• 3+ years on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with eDiscovery teams and leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery services across the EDRM (File to Trial).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain government security clearance; active clearance preferred.
• BS/BA or equivalent; JD highly preferred; federal policy familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and tools to progress work.
• Submit work orders for data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of instructions and outputs.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on activities, dependencies, and resources.
• Participate in kick-off, workflow documentation, and project closure tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of eDiscovery market and tools.
