Job summary

Contact Discovery Services LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager for remote work focused on eDiscovery. The role administers and manages casework throughout the EDRM, with emphasis on Relativity, and requires availability within Central Standard Time business hours.

You will collaborate with project managers, attorneys, and support staff across departments, perform quality checks, and provide workflow guidance for document review and production while expanding knowledge of data sources

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience administering legal document review platform(s); Relativity experience is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively & tactfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding and experience of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM)
• Knowledge of litigation lifecycle or experience managing litigations
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office product suite
• Developing organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations and prioritize multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all departments to complete complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Administering Relativity-related tasks including users, groups, permissions, fields, choices, layouts, views, dashboards, searches, batch sets, dtSearch indexes, processing, imaging, and productions
• Provide reporting to case administrators on workspace metrics and user activity
• Perform quality checks and detailed analysis on work product prior to production or further review
• Provide consultation to case teams for document review, production, and data searching workflows
• Work with traditional data sources and newer sources like cloud storage, mobile devices, and SMS data
