Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to lead litigation technology support across civil and criminal matters. You will advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI using the FBI toolset and processes, while maintaining strong collaboration with technical teams and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years on major lit support projects
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced/agile environment
• Experience with EDRM covering File to Trial
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain security clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent (JD highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting civil/criminal litigation and FBI Discovery
• Monitor industry to apply new tech/best practices to FBI Discovery
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs
• Test system upgrades/patches prior to release
• Ensure new capabilities address existing requirements
• Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil/criminal matters using FBI tools
• Monitor daily separation reports for legal hold preservation
• Update or create SOPs for ETA role
• Provide strong technical and legal background on eDiscovery applications
