Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced legal team. The role focuses on supporting litigation technology across civil and criminal matters, including preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI using FBI tools and Relativity.

The ideal candidate brings several years of eDiscovery experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of EDRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in eDiscovery/litigation support with client-focused solutions.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of EDRM processes and Relativity platform.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support across the FBI Discovery workflow.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes impacting civil/criminal litigation policies.
• Test system upgrades/patches before release and verify new capabilities.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing ESI for various matters.
