Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join the Legal team, supporting FBI Discovery and civil/criminal matters. You will advise on evidence handling, ESI production, and litigation tech developments.

The role requires strong communication, a background in eDiscovery tools (Relativity), and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, government-contracting environment with potential clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile legal tech environment.
• U.S. Citizenship is required; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support for FBI Discovery related activities and compliance.
• Monitor laws impacting civil and criminal litigation and assess FBI Discovery policy impacts.
• Test system upgrades/patches and verify new capabilities meet requirements.
• Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI using FBI tools.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
