Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join our Legal team. You will support civil and criminal litigation, FOIA, and congressional requests using FBI tools and processes.

The role requires strong eDiscovery experience, Relativity proficiency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment. US citizenship and the ability to obtain a government security clearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3+ years on major lit support projects
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering the EDRM (File to Trial)

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting FBI Discovery policies and procedures
• Assess new technologies and best practices for eDiscovery
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release
• Provide advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI
• Monitor legal hold custodians and preservation of materials
• Update or create SOPs for the ETA role
• Demonstrate strong technical and legal background in eDiscovery applications
