Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join our Legal department in a fast-paced environment. You will support various aspects of our legal accounts and play a key role in handling ESI for civil litigation, select criminal matters, FOIA requests, and Congressional inquiries using FBI tools and processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support, 2+ years with Relativity, excellent communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of progressively more responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity (beyond document review coding).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery teams and business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Experience with eDiscovery services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support, including preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation, select criminal matters, FOIA, and Congressional requests.
• Monitor changes to laws impacting FBI Discovery policies and determine their impact.
• Monitor the commercial industry to apply new technology or best practices to FBI Discovery.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs and test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Provide strong technical background on eDiscovery applications and legal expertise on electronic discovery tools.
