Job summary

CGS (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced Legal team responsible for supporting FBI Discovery efforts and government contracts. You will monitor laws, apply best practices, and test upgrades to ensure compliant, effective ESI handling across civil and select criminal matters.

The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with the EDRM framework, and the ability to work in an agile environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Experience with EDRM (File to Trial) coverage.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• BS/BA degree; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting FBI Discovery policies and procedures.
• Assess new technology/best practices for application to FBI Discovery needs.
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying requirements.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Provide guidance on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil litigation and other inquiries.
• Update or create standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
