Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support legal accounts and manage eDiscovery technologies across civil, criminal, FOIA, and Congressional inquiries. You will leverage FBI discovery tools, ensure proper preservation, and provide technical leadership to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration in a fast-paced government-contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3+ years on major lit support projects
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in laws impacting FBI Discovery policies and procedures
• Assess how new technology or best practices can improve FBI Discovery
• Verify proposed solutions meet underlying needs
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release
• Ensure new capabilities address existing requirements
• Provide expert advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI
• Monitor legal hold custodians and ensure proper preservation
• Create/update SOPs for ETA role
• Provide strong technical and legal background in eDiscovery applications
