Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to oversee the delivery of lab data processing services and ensure productions align with ESI specifications. You will guide the lab team, coordinate with attorneys, and manage client communications from a client-site lab.

The role requires extensive Relativity experience, senior eDiscovery expertise, and strong leadership to drive timely, high-quality results in a dynamic government contracting

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• Relativity certifications including RCA and/or Analytics Specialist strongly preferred.
• At least eight years of experience in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, culling, QA, loads/retrieval, and review.
• At least five years in a management/supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge of iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools.
• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field; waiver only by Contracting Officer.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office, and LiveNote valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of lab data processing services.
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion and development of processing approaches for ESI files.
• Consult with attorneys on ESI best practices and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Provide detailed notices of deficiencies to case attorneys.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Oversee webhosting support for new and ongoing cases.
• Manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, including scheduling, assessments, report creation, and QC of deliverables.
• Advise on all phases of the EDRM: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, Production.
