Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an Automated Litigation Support Lab Manager to lead a client-site eDiscovery laboratory focused on data processing deliverables per ESI specs. You will manage a team, coordinate with attorneys, and ensure timely completion while communicating project status to clients.

With extensive Relativity experience and RCA/Analytics credentials, you will guide best practices across data collection, processing, hosting, review, and production within the EDRM

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience required.
• RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in eDiscovery roles including data processing, conversion, culling, QA, and data analysis.
• 5+ years in management/supervisory roles.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Working knowledge of document review tools such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar.
• Undergraduate degree required; waiver only by Contracting Officer.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office, and LiveNote is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead a client-site eDiscovery lab team, scheduling, assessing requirements, assigning work and QC of deliverables.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of lab data processing services per ESI specs.
• Consult with attorneys and clients on ESI best practices and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Notify attorneys of deficiencies with detailed reports.
• Keep clients informed on lab activities, deadlines, challenges, and resource availability.
• Provide webhosting support for cases managed by the lab.
• Advise on all phases of EDRM: data collection, processing, hosting, review, analytics, and production.
