Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Data Specialist with deep eDiscovery knowledge to support an enterprise EDRM workflow for a federal initiative. You will handle file manipulation, data exports, and document processing across multiple review platforms, ensuring strict adherence to ESI specifications.

The role requires familiarity with leading tools (Everlaw, Relativity, Eclipse, NUIX) and the ability to coordinate with client attorneys and the Litigation Support Manager to

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of the EDRM workflow and litigation discovery process.
• Familiar with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office and West LiveNote.
• 2+ years in eDiscovery roles including processing, conversion, QA, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and refines methodologies for manipulating files for COTS products and litigation support apps.
• Ensures incoming productions meet applicable ESI specifications.
• Exports data from databases with redactions, compliance checks, and QA.
• Tracks and processes incoming documents, subpoenas, and data for client attorneys and paralegals.
• Produces documents to opposing parties and manages document review databases.
