Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Senior Data Specialist to support the EDRM workflow for a federal agency initiative. You will handle file loading, data exports, QA, and collaboration with attorneys and paralegals across multiple litigation tools.

The role requires proficiency with document review software (Everlaw, Relativity, Eclipse, NUIX) and a strong understanding of ESI specifications, with a focus on accuracy and expediency in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) workflow.
• Familiarity with government IT environments and office networks.
• Experience with document review software and encryption methods.
• Minimum two years in eDiscovery roles with processing, QA, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manages file manipulation, loading, and quality checks of data loads.
• Develops and modifies methodologies for file handling with litigation tools.
• Ensures productions meet ESI specifications.
• Exports data from databases with validation and QA.
• Supports attorneys and paralegals in document tracking and production.
• Uses multiple review tools and coordinates with client attorneys on issues.
