Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Data Specialist to support the eDiscovery team on a large Federal agency initiative. You will perform file manipulation, loading, conversion, and quality checks of loads while ensuring productions comply with ESI specifications.

You will work with litigation support tools such as Everlaw, Relativity, Eclipse, and NUIX, assist attorneys and paralegals, manage document review databases, track subpoenas, and coordinate with the client’s

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred in computer science or a related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Familiar with Government IT environments and Windows/document systems.
• Experience with LAW/Relativity or other processing platforms.
• At least two years in eDiscovery roles including processing, data culling, QA, and data retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion, indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and optimizes methodologies for manipulating files for COTS and litigation tools.
• Ensures incoming productions comply with ESI specifications.
• Exports data from databases, performs redaction checks, and QA of exports.
• Supports attorneys and paralegals, tracks subpoenas, and creates/manages review databases.
• Coordinates with Litigation Support Manager to resolve deficiencies.
• Collaborates with client IT centers on outsourced litigation support projects.
