Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Senior Data Specialist to support EDRM workflows for a large federal initiative. The role involves file manipulation, data exports, and managing document review databases using tools like Everlaw, Relativity, and CaseMap.

You will assist attorneys and investigators, ensure ESIs meet specifications, and coordinate with the Litigation Support Manager on project deliverables, with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with Windows, document review software, and encryption methods.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or other document processing platforms.
• Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite, and West LiveNote.
• At least two years’ experience in eDiscovery roles including EFP, data culling, QA, loads, retrieval and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develop, evaluate and modify methodologies for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support apps.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with applicable ESI specifications.
• Export data from databases, confirm redactions and markups, and quality check exports per ESI specs.
• Support client attorneys, investigators, and paralegals by tracking documents, reviewing data, and producing documents.
