Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Senior Data Specialist II to advance EDRM-driven discovery workflows for a federal initiative. You will manipulate, load and validate data across multiple review platforms, ensuring strict adherence to ESI specifications and production standards.

Qualifications

Undergrad degree preferred in CS or related field.
Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
IT environment familiarity incl. Windows and office apps.
Experience with encryption, document review software, and PCs/servers.
Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or similar platforms.
Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office, West LiveNote is valued.
At least two years in eDiscovery roles: processing, conversion, quality checks, data analysis.

Responsibilities

Perform file manipulation, loading, conversion, database indexing and quality checks.
Develop and modify methodologies for file handling with COTS and litigation tools.
Ensure incoming productions meet ESI specifications.
Export data with redactions, verify ESI specs and QC exports.
Support attorneys and paralegals by tracking, loading and managing review databases.
Coordinate with Litigation Support Manager on ESI specs and deficiencies.
Work with client IT on litigation support projects; address discovery issues.
Modify and manipulate files for use with COTS products and tools.
