Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Senior Data Specialist to support the EDRM workflow for a large federal initiative. The role involves managing document review databases, data exports, and ensuring ESI specifications are met.

You will work with tools like Relativity, LAW, IPRO and other litigation support applications, collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to deliver accurate, timely data productions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred—preferably in computer science or related field.
• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Experience with LAW, IPRO, Relativity or other document processing platforms.
• Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office and West LiveNote valued.
• At least two years’ experience in eDiscovery roles including file processing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Performs file manipulation, loading, conversion services and quality checks of loads.
• Develops and modifies methodologies for manipulating files for COTS products and litigation support apps.
• Ensures incoming productions comply with ESI specifications.
• Exports data with redactions and quality checks per ESI specs.
• Supports attorneys and paralegals by tracking documents and managing review databases.
• Coordinates with Litigation Support Manager to ensure ESI spec compliance.
